What we build
Bidastra is B2B software for tender-driven Indian businesses. Teams upload tender document sets; the platform extracts requirements, dates, eligibility logic, clauses, and annexure references as structured work. Checklists and tasks span bid, legal, finance, technical, and operations. Approvals and digital signatures run where your process requires them. Leadership sees submission readiness before the organisation commits to portal upload.
This is distinct from tender discovery: we are not optimised to replace tender alert or listing products. We are optimised for execution from document intake to submission-ready package.
Who we serve
Companies and institutions that respond to government, PSU, GeM, CPPP, and enterprise tenders with cross-functional teams. Typical users include bid and proposal managers, legal, finance, technical and operations owners, and executive sponsors who need visibility without micromanagement.
